Effective date: 24 September 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of MarkOps. By using MarkOps, you agree to these Terms.

MarkOps service

MarkOps provides marketing operations functionality that may include analytics, SEO tools, marketing account connections, campaign management, content creation, approval workflows, publishing, scheduling and reporting.

Features may evolve as MarkOps develops.

User responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • providing accurate account information
  • protecting their MarkOps credentials
  • ensuring they have authority to connect third-party accounts
  • complying with applicable laws and third-party platform policies
  • reviewing marketing content, campaigns, audiences, budgets and configuration before activation or publication

Third-party services

MarkOps may integrate with services provided by Google and other marketing, advertising, analytics and social platforms.

Use of those services remains subject to the respective provider's terms, policies, quotas, availability and technical limitations.

MarkOps does not control third-party service availability, policy changes, suspensions or API restrictions.

Connected accounts and permissions

MarkOps accesses third-party services only after the user authorises the relevant connection and permissions.

Users may disconnect integrations or revoke third-party permissions at any time.

Removing permissions may cause related MarkOps functionality to stop working.

Marketing and advertising actions

Users remain responsible for campaigns, budgets, audiences, content and publishing actions initiated through MarkOps.

Users should review advertising, publishing and campaign decisions before activation.

Acceptable use

Users must not use MarkOps to:

  • violate applicable law
  • gain unauthorised access to another person's systems or data
  • compromise third-party services
  • distribute unlawful content
  • intentionally interfere with MarkOps infrastructure
  • misuse connected third-party accounts

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, security measures, infrastructure issues or changes made by third-party platforms.

Intellectual property

MarkOps software, branding and original product materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Users retain ownership of content and data they provide, subject to permissions reasonably required for MarkOps to operate the requested service.

Suspension or termination

Access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, misuse prevention or violation of these Terms.

Disclaimer

MarkOps is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Analytics, SEO, advertising and marketing information may depend on third-party data and should be reviewed appropriately before business decisions are made.
